  Checked in 2/6. First we were supposed to have a king oceanfront 1 bedroom suite but was given Room 12 with no view and it was a total dump... read more and needs major work. Room 12 should not even be rented out. Management did nothing. Called Expedia who moved us the room was so bad. Black mold in the air conditioners and on the kitchen wall. Futon was broke. Furniture was in awful shape. Refrigerator was rusted and disgusting as was the stove. Management could have cared less and stated that you can’t trust the internet, really?

  We had been looking to stay in Key West, but the prices were astronomical so close to Canadian spring break, so we ventured out a little further afield, thinking we... read more were compromising. This hotel was no compromise. The rooms were large and decorated tastefully, the washroom was clean and spacious, the beds super comfortable. The grounds had everything you could want, chairs, picnic tables and hammocks. It made it very hard to leave to go to our next destination.

  We had a wonderful family Holiday at Drop Anchor Resort this February. Beautiful location on the water and very relaxing. My Grandkids loved the pool and the view is gorgeous.... read more Not far from restaurants, we often decided to do take out and eat at the picnic table right outside our door. We will definitely return to this low key gem.
